Terms & Conditions
Payments
· All class payments and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
· If you’d like to cancel your class(es) & payments, a minimum of 14 days-notice must be given.
· If a class has to be cancelled for any reason, we will try to reschedule. If that’s not possible, you will be given credit for the cancelled class.
Athlete Conduct
· All athletes must communicate respectfully with coaches and fellow athletes at all times.
· Any athlete that endangers themselves, other athletes or their coaches by ignoring class rules or instructions from their coaches, will not be permitted to attend our classes.
· We have a zero-tolerance approach to physical violence and/or bullying. Any athlete that engages in this behaviour will be immediately dismissed from DMC.
· Athletes must conduct themselves appropriately when representing DMC at events. Athletes must be kind, well-mannered and display excellent sportsmanship. They must also listen to their coach’s instructions and act accordingly.
Parent/Guardian Conduct
· Parents/Guardians should refrain from swearing, shouting or being rude to coaches. Name calling, intimidation or otherwise unreasonable or demanding behaviour won’t be tolerated. Failure to abide by this code of conduct will result in your athlete’s dismissal from the program.
· Parents/Guardians should ensure that their class fees are paid on time. Regular or persistent late payments will result in dismissal from DMC.
. Parents/Guardians must also conduct themselves appropriately when representing DMC at events. Parents/Guardians must also display the same level of sportsmanship and polite behaviour expected of our athletes.
