Our intermediate/advanced level gymnastics classes for athletes who have already achieved their basic skills (forward roll, handstand, cartwheel, bridge) to a good standard. This next stage class will help athletes to develop new skills such as round-offs, front and back walkovers, handsprings and tucks while further developing their strength and flexibility.
