Our intermediate level gymnastics classes for athletes who have already achieved or are close to achieving their basic skills (forward roll, handstand, cartwheel, bridge). This next stage class will help athletes to develop new skills such as round-offs and front and back walkovers while further developing their strength and flexibility.
